Founder of Picton Psychology Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience.  Lisa practices an empathic and respectful approach towards treating a wide-ranging variety of mental health issues.  Using sound clinical judgement to determine the most appropriate therapeutic technique, Lisa provides a flexible therapeutic approach specifically tailored to meet clients needs.  Lisa draws her therapeutic strategies from evidence-based therapies which include but are not limited to; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.

 

Natalee Zolotas

Natalee is our practice manager and is the first point of contact at Picton Psychology.  Natalee has a background of Psychology and manages and maintains our practice. Working closely with Lisa Arnold to maintain a friendly and professional practice she feels passionately about allocating clients to the right Psychologist to best meet their needs. Natalee takes pride in providing an empathetic response and a friendly ear.

 

Dr Taneile Kitchingman

Taneile works with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulties. She aims to help each client move towards living a life that will give them a sense of meaning, while learning strategies to manage life’s challenges.

Taneile is experienced in a number of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She works collaboratively with her clients, and will discuss with you the approach that is likely to best suit your needs
