Children and adolescents can experience a range of distressing and confusing emotions, just as adults do, except that children are usually less equipped to manage such emotional changes. Many children and adolescents find it difficult to express their feelings to a parent and often benefit from talking with a trusted person from outside their own family.

Our clinicians work collaboratively with you to tailor an individualised plan to help manage your current challenges and struggles.

As a parent or carer you are the expert on your child and a very valuable resource throughout the therapy process. Sessions may be a mix of one on one with your child/adolescent, or joint family sessions.

We understand life is busy, and sometimes there just isn’t enough hours in the day. We offer flexible appointment times at our office and also provide home and school visits.
