Vickie is a Clinical Psychotherapist with over ten years’ experience. Vickie’s services extend to individuals, couples and families. Vickie passionately helps clients to improve their wellbeing and relationships with others by teaching new life skills and improving their emotional intelligence.
Vickie practices from a holistic and eclectic approach, drawing from different counselling/psychological methodologies. Including Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy.

Peter is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience in the area of cognitive, educational and adaptive assessments.
He specialises in cognitive, psycho-educational and functional assessments, and enjoys working with people of all ages. He believes using assessment to clarify learning, educational or cognitive difficulties can assist in tailoring interventions and recommendations specific to the client’s needs.
Peter has a holistic and culturally sensitive approach when working with individuals and is a strong advocate for families. Peter places strong emphasis on exploring an individual’s developmental and emotional profile in order to gain a better understanding of their needs.
Heidi is a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience. She holds experience working in health, performance, sport, and disability services. Heidi is experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is focused on building your strengths and developing strategies to support each client to achieve their potential. Heidi is known for her empathetic and supportive approach and holds an ability to connect with clients, she is highly skilled at presenting psychological interventions to clients in a practical and relevant way.
In therapy you will see Heidi draws on a range of therapeutic strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Heidi is competent in implementing a range of diagnostic assessments including cognitive, Autism and other neurodiverse disorders. Assessment is followed by support and psychoeducation to understand the strengths and challenges related to outcomes. Heidi holds a masters in Sport psychology and holds interest in clients overcoming performance anxieties and building mental resilience in performance, sport, work, and study.

Jasmin deeply appreciates the sensitive nature of the therapeutic relationship and approaches it with compassion, warmth and understanding to create a valuing and safe space where clients can explore their difficulties freely and openly. Jasmin enjoys working collaboratively with children, youth and adults who are experiencing a wide range of severe mental health conditions, including trauma related difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief and loss, and anxiety/depressive disorders. Jasmin has experience in supporting people that are experiencing grief, particularly in the context of family members that have been diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disorder.
