The Advanced Skills Workshop is designed for those who have already completed a Foundational Workshop and are ready to move beyond symptom management towards lasting change.
This workshop focuses on consolidating and strengthening skills, helping you turn what you’ve learned into consistent daily habits that support long-term wellbeing, emotional regulation, and resilience.
