Book an Intake Call

This intake call is for new clients wishing to learn more about our services and Clinicians, and for those who wish to book an initial appointment with one of our Clinicians.

The purpose of this call is for our skilled intake team to answer any questions you may have, place you with a Clinician that aligns best with your needs and book in your initial session with this Clinician. 

This call will be conducted in a confidential manner and all information you provide will be placed directly into our secure practice management software.
