What Makes These Workshops Different?

Unlike other programs that focus mainly on theory, these programs are built on Lisa Arnold’s 25+ years of clinical experience. They provides practical, evidence-based tools proven to work for stress, trauma and mood and anxiety disorders. With a flexible approach, these programs offers various treatment options, because no single method works for everyone.

Our small group size allows for deeper discussions on shared challenges, providing personalised and practical interventions tailored to your needs. Most importantly, participation is always your choice, you can engage as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We respect that everyone’s journey is different and create a supportive space where you can grow at your own pace.
