Art Therapy

Art Therapy a form of psychotherapy that encourages you to express yourself through the creation of drawing, painting, colouring, collage and sculpting etc.

Art Therapy can assist you to cope with difficulties and stress. The creative process of engaging in Art Therapy with an Art Therapist supports you to explore and understand feelings and behaviours you may be experiencing.

Art Therapy is used as a reflective tool to help you identify and understand how you feel while you’re making your art. We focus on the process of making the art rather than the final product.
