Attention & focus
Sustaining attention, managing distractions and maintaining focus across everyday activities.
A thorough, compassionate evaluation of attention, activity, and impulse regulation. Assessments bring clarity and understanding, and open the door to strategies, supports, and treatment that genuinely help.

An ADHD assessment explores how you or your child manages attention, activity levels, and impulses across different settings, and how these patterns affect daily life at home, school, or work.
Our assessments are thorough and evidence-based, drawing on questionnaires, clinical interviews, developmental history, and feedback from the people around you. The result is an accurate, useful picture.

How ADHD may affect home, school, work, relationships and everyday responsibilities.

Outcomes

More information
We begin by understanding what prompted the assessment and what daily life looks like, so the process reflects real, everyday experiences.
We use standardised rating scales and structured interviews, gathering information across more than one setting — because ADHD shows up differently at home, school, and work.
Whatever the outcome, you'll leave with a clearer understanding and practical strategies. Where medication may be helpful, we explain how to connect with the right medical support.
Assessments use gold-standard, evidence-based tools and structured interviews.
We gather feedback from home, school, or work for an accurate picture.
We help you understand the findings and connect with the right next steps.
